user interface - How to change Eclipse IDE GUI icons? -


elipse icons ugly. fact!

i replace icons more flat, monochromatic , minimalist icons, can't find documentation on how change icons eclipse's user interface.

how this? it's needed recompile eclipse?

most of icons seem stored under \eclipse\configuration\org.eclipse.osgi\bundles\684\1.cp\icons , in other folders of \eclipse\configuration\org.eclipse.osgi\bundles.

i don't know if license of eclipse allows change that check out, , if can, can either change/create them or can search icon packs , replace them, there plenty of packs out there example in deviantart (there awesome free use ones there!).

also... never "eclipse icons ugly. fact!" or else, kind of sounds rude , discredits work of artist made them, don't them.
