proxy - Fiddler Echo Service blocking oracle homepage in browser -


i have installed oracle 10g , can access cmd, when try open in browser using localhost:8080, following page displayed.

i have used port 8080 initially. after this, when changed http port 4442, connection getting rejected, have once again changed port 8080.

i tried disabling fiddler proxy in firewall , have disabled firewall momentarily, issue remained persistent. tried mentioned in "oracle 10g express home page not coming up", without success.

what problem fiddler , have do?
