atom editor unable to install packages - Windows -


when try , use atom package manager following error:

spawn c:\windows\system32\cmd.exe;c:\python27\scripts enoent

and unable install packages. have tried uninstalling , deleting associated files , reinstalling, error not change. have changed path variable. have atom installed on other laptop , works fine. i've tried searching online , have commented here: https://github.com/atom/settings-view/issues/514#issuecomment-110322065 can't find indication problem is. i'm using 64-bit windows 7.

any advice appreciated.
