Amazon AWS IAM user link not accessible -


i created aws account japan. new , hence operating on free tier account. not able access iam user link of aws account other pc except own (maybe can access on pc because haven't cleared it's cache). 'bad gateway' error other systems in japan , 'connection refused' error in india when try accessing link. link of following nature,

https://aws-account-id.signin.aws.amazon.com/console

i made inbound traffic of security groups associated vpc , ec2 instance 0.0.0.0/0.please help.

the console link not associated security groups or amazon ec2 settings.

if unable access https://aws-account-id.signin.aws.amazon.com/console link, has internet configuration -- either on computer, or in network between , aws.

try accessing non-iam console login screen via https://console.aws.amazon.com/console/home -- url user-independent , test of network connectivity.
