html - Safari window resize CSS issue -


i have portfolio site here: www.mrliger.com. when open site in browser apart safari , resize browser window, menu @ top of page changes styles desired. when resize browser window in safari, header restylesto how desire when enlarging window again full size header becomes stacked... have no idea causing this. please take , advise?
