android - blink marker and transparent accuracy circle in OSMDroid -


  1. how make blink marker on osmdroid map? imho redraw it's bitmap (or whole map?) timer expencive.

  2. how make transparent accuracy circle? importantly, how calculate visible radius zoom&accuracy?

who have examples, have looked, thank you.

p.s. saw google maps examples, no, need osmdroid working code.
