parse.com .Net sdk works on windows 7? -


i'm trying understand parse.com, can't find documentation or support topic. i'm not sure if app make work on windows 7, because whenever try open solution on vs, says need windows 8.1 windows 8 exclusive? or there way run parse.com app on windows 7.
